The initial product that will be offered to customers is a high capacity, automated plant oil extraction system that will utilize Heptane or Hexane solvent in a piece of heated and vacuum driven distillation equipment. The equipment will be identical in concept to the prototype equipment that A.C.E. LLC has already developed and tested.

Prototype (Patent Pending)

The prototype equipment that has been manufactured and tested is a one-of-a-kind CBD/THC oil extraction appliance. It is primarily made of food grade stainless steel main components, extruded aluminum support structure and a few auxiliary components. These other components consist of a small chest freezer, two vacuum pumps (roughing and deep), hotplate/magnetic stirrer, vacuum regulator, 2 liquid pumps (solvent and coolant), scissor lab jack, 12-volt power supply and miscellaneous control electronics.

By combining those pieces correctly and following an established procedure the prototype is capable of utilizing chilled Heptane or Hexane solvent to soak hemp or cannabis plant material (approximately 3 oz.) to create a solvent oil solution, it can then press the solvent/oil solution from the plant material into a sealed chamber, the sealed chamber can then be exposed to low vacuum pressures allowing the solvent to evaporate and separate from the plant oil at relatively low temperatures through a distillation process which reclaims the vast majority of the original solvent and leaves behind the plant oil containing high levels of CBD/THC compounds in the sealed chamber.
